A brief history

Since our founding in 2019 we have seen exceptional growth in Greater Manchester and the Fylde coast area. Working with over 50 schools in Greater Manchester and placing over 200 education professionals in their dream position! We credit this to our honest and transparent approach to recruitment, and the utmost respect we have for our peers in the education sector.

While we are a new name in education recruitment, we are old hands in the industry. Between us, our team have more than 30 years of experience in this sector. We understand that education recruitment is about more than ticking boxes and filling vacancies. It’s about ensuring that the right person is placed in the right role, strengthening school and teacher alike.

All about family

Nothing is more important than family, however you choose to define it. Brandt Education is a family-run business with a strong emphasis on our core values: trust, honesty, transparency, and respect.

The education professionals we represent are also part of our family, which is why we do all we can for them. The schools we work with are their own families, sharing the same values as we do. By partnering with us, we hope they become part of our extended family too.
